This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, how The Skillful PM™ and 3P Business Accelerator™ (collectively, “we,” “us,” “our”) use them, and the choices you have.
1) What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on your device when you visit. Cookies can help a site function correctly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies can be:
> Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser), or
> Persistent cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).
2) Our current approach
At this time, we do not intentionally use cookies to track you for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
However, some cookies may still be set automatically by:
> The platform or hosting tools we use (for example, to keep pages working properly), and/or
> Embedded services (for example, video players, scheduling tools, or payment processors).
These are commonly called essential or functional cookies.
3) Cookies we may use in the future
If we choose to use cookies in the future, it would be only to support our operations and improve the user experience, such as:
> Essential cookies needed for site security and basic functionality
> Functional cookies to remember preferences
> Performance/analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve content
If we enable analytics, it will be for our internal use to improve performance and content, not for selling your data.
4) Third-party services
Some third-party services we use may place cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their features. Examples may include:
> Video hosting or embedded video players
> Scheduling/booking tools
> Payment processors
> Email signup forms or membership portals
We do not control third-party cookies. Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy/cookies policies.
5) Your choices and how to control cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
> See what cookies are stored
> Delete cookies
> Block all cookies or block third-party cookies
> Set rules for specific sites
Blocking some cookies may impact site functionality (for example, login/session features or embedded tools).
6) Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we may not respond to them uniformly.
7) Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
